levels are not enforced

There has to be a better way to separate higher level accounts from lower accounts. It makes it very hard to play the versus matches due to facing unbeatable teams. This is the main flaw of the game and only benefit the high ranked teams. I do appreciate the level variation you have created but people do not follow the level breakdowns and has forced players to move down as well. Just seems there would be a better way.
