Nightcrawler: En Garde not dealing damage

Playing Devil You Know Nightcrawler en garde is not dealing damage. Yet when the A.I. uses the ability damage always gets dealt. Broken character and game. No money for you.

    Weird.  There's another bug report where his Everywhere at Once (blue) wasn't stealing AP.  I've been playing him in PvP a lot today, and haven't had either power fail to work as written.
