    2* magneto champion reward gave me 3* magneto
    3* iron fist gave me kate bishop bringing her to 3/5/5

    Easily my best 10-pack pull:

    first two covers were icon_ghostrider.pnggreenflag.png and icon_ghostrider.pngblackflag.png . Also got icon_moonknight.pngblackflag.png and GwenpoolIcon.PNGblackflag.png , so four total 4-stars! All the rest were 2-stars but i'll take it all day.

    No, you get the tenpack as soon as you cross 4000 Points in the season progression. You should probably submit a ticket to Customer Service and ask them to look into it.

    4k achievement got me 3x3* and 1x4*. Pretty standard for me.

    I'm getting another 10 pack in five days.

    Perhaps you selected the wrong level at the start of the season. If you're on level 1, I think 4k might get you one heroic.
