Star-Lord yellow tile resolution: turn off the animation

Please disable the animation when SL's yellow countdown's resolve.

I did notice that when they're being created, the animation only happens once a turn. I get enough of them that having the animation pop up 3-4 times in a turn is so annoying I almost want to match them away. icon_razz.gif

    New SL is incredible. But yeah the multiple animations make him so slow. Let's tone it down a bit.
