PVP 1k Cover Tracker?

Not sure if this would fit better in General, but...

Is there anywhere (anyone?) that tracks the 1k progression covers? Or are they even on any sort of predictable cycle anymore?

My poor HB seems eternally stuck at 3/4/5. I have the iso stashed to level/champ him, but that 13th cover is elusive. Wondering if it'll be quicker to just save the CP.

Expect that 5th black in late June. Exact PvP might be one later than what is listed in the spreadsheet due to the Kate Bishop PvP which was stated to be this week some time in the release article on marvel.com .
