hitting 1000 in vs

How possible is it to hit 1000 in vs with a full 3* roster all in the 130's? Should I even be trying? I like the diversity that evenly leveling my roster gives me, but I would like to get my 4's better covered.

    With 130 roster it would be costly (hp on shields). Maybe when 2 great ones are boosted (like IF with Cyclops or Cage) it would be more probable. 1k is a 4* game that champed 3* can sometimes play. Gimping (or as some say softcapping) yourself you also limit your PvP potential. Then again - PvE is easier. So there is choice to make
