Best Teams for High Level PVE

I've been playing for a long time, mostly PVP, and have a big roster with a lot of powerful characters.

However, I keep getting beaten down by the high level PVE matches. Mainly level 288 Ares, Hood and Rags.

Any advice on team composition, kill order and colour prioritization would be greatly appreciated!

    Kill order: Hood/Ares/Rags

    You want to grab Green to keep it from Ares and stop Hood from stealing it. Red and Yellow are probably next, though may not be as important depending on your team.
    Giving them blue is fine as the AI doesn't seem to prioritize matching charged tiles, and purple they don't use. Hood's black is weak so that's also fine.
