My possibilities of playing.
Im PC player.

I can choose only that time shard which ends when Im home.

First PVP in a week (ends wednesday): Slice 5 (- my experience so far: best shard, targets sometimes even 25 - 30 points.)
Second PVP in a week (ends saturday): Slice 3 (- my experience so far: mediocre, 20 pointers to 900, 15 pointers from 900)
Third PVP in a week (ends monday): Slice 2 (-my experience so far: worst, dry, no targets after 800, only 3 pointers. Guys in BC are desperate, I was once second with less then 1000 points.)

Ok, my strategy.
I use first PVP in a week as an example.
Playing time: tuesdays from 04.00 pm to 11.00 pm. I climb from 0 to 650, using only GT and Thoress.
wednesdays: I have 6 hours to finish PVP. I climb up right when I get back from work - I start at 04.00 pm. My primary goal is to reach 1000 in one streak and shield afterwards. From 650 to 800, there are sometimes people worth 25 - 30 point. From 800, there are only people worth 20 - 22 points. (I skip around 10 times per match to find target). I boost every game with R/Y + B/P + G/B. When I start at 04.00 pm, Im usually at 900 points after 30 minutes. Now thing gets interessting.

Possible scenarious:
1, Im lucky and can reach 1000. Shield (last season).
2, Im hit when at 920. Shield for 3 hours. I queue 2 targets, I do hop to 970 (targets are 25 - 30 points). Forced to use 8 hours shield. One last hop 3 - 4 minutes before end. (It depends if I need to play one or two matches to reach 1000).
3, Im hit for -80 when 920. This happens to me this season every PVP. I fall to 870, I desperately play to reach 920, no luck, one winned game, hitted for -80 in the background. I ended at 820 (this PVP). I dont have healtpacks left by that time. I let my healtpacks recharged. I started over, practicly from begging. When I was at 900, I won one game for 20, lost for 35. As usuall. I shielded at 920, I hopped to almost 980. I tried that last hop 3 minutes befor end. One match to reach 1000. You saw my picture. I was hit 3 time. Result was 889 points. Playing time was 30 minutes from 650 to 900, and then netto one hour to end at 889. It is pure luck not to being hit from 900 to 1000. Either you are not hit or you are hit for -200 in five minutes. Second option is mine option for every second PVP.
