    Unfortunately, you don't have alot of options. Another commander can send in a support ticket and see if the devs can remove the commander tag from the deadbeat commander, then you could kick that person out. This request rarely works because you have to show lots of evidence that they're no longer playing the game. If you're not a commander, the only option you have is to form your own alliance with those that play regularly.

    Commanders have to be inactive for 2 wks b4 they can be kicked.the founding commander cant be kicked ever.your best bet isto start a new one im afraid.
