If you want to maintain a real blacklist, create a Google Doc and share the link with some Alliance leaders on Line.

That was a joke on my part.; I wasn't criticizing you. And the joke was "I'm surprised this hasn't been locked yet," not that it hadn't been stickied.

I figured you meant that it'd get locked, but my bad for getting uppity.
