Best Alliances are recruiting for top 10, top 50 and top 100

In the last two weeks we have added to our solid top 50 alliance a sister alliance that achieved a top 100 in the season with a #1 pve performance and a feeder/growth 20 slot alliance that is growing in potential. Everyone involved has a lot to be proud of and has been important to the success and growth of these groups. We've also made lots of connections and friendship that definitely add to the game. But we've also learned that the switching between groups can be very chaotic and stressful, and can take a lot of time from playing for our commanders. It also means that some of our developing players who are on the bubble are waiting to hear if we are going forward with them or shifting them around which can also be stressful.With the Anniversary and knowing that many of us will be hitting it hard due to the extra rewards it's a great time to try something different and work out the kinks before the next season. This is what we will be going with for the next week

1) The minimum for The Best is 650 per event and 7,500 for the season and for The Next Best it is 550 per event and 6,500 for the season. Hybrid Rainbow is still under discussion and the plan for this group will be announced at a future time.

2) We are distributing players according to their season score. Top 20 to The Best, next 20 to The Next Best, and the rest to Hybrid.

3) We will track the totals for all PVP scores. We will calculate weekly totals for each player and switch the bottom three of each alliance with the top three of the next tier. The bottom three of Hybrid will not be affected but should know that they are in jeopardy if we recruit new members.

4) We will be watching for lack of participation - if you know you will not be playing or that your playing will be minimal you must communicate using Line or with a commander.

5) All important communication such as your availability, switching between alliances, etc will be posted in the "important" chat room that is being set up.

6) PVE's minimum has not changed - 50% of the leader's score. Finally, we will continue to look at this and make sure we are doing what's necessary to grow all three groups. Our goal is to make the work easier on a day to day basis but if you are a developing player know that we are still committed to helping everyone get the rewards, particularly for the season and other key character pvp's - just need to do it in a way that lessens the work load and stress.We were all transitional players at one time and a big part of making an alliance successful is ownership. We all need to work together to make our alliances work, so own it, be successful, and when necessary we will try to be a safety net .
