I just cashed in a few LL tokens.

I got zero 4* and 5* shards for my favorited characters.

Anyone else having this issue?

    Same here. Tested a Heroic. No shards received.

    Checked my faves before and after.

    Triple confirmed. And it definitely worked earlier today when I opened them, like at 5 PM Eastern time or something like that. So this is a change within the past 5 - 6 hours.

    It does seem to be fixed now for me and others. You may need to restart if you haven’t already.

    Well, the guaranteed shards are working for me, but I haven't seen any bonus shards in a long time. Is that just my bad luck, or has the problem migrated?

    I consistently get bonus shards.

    Got a fair amount, recently. Like today.

    If you're opening tokens and not getting them, it's possible that it's a device/OS thing. There are still platform-dependent bugs in Unity.
