in MPQ Bugs and Technical Issues

It seems that this version really addressed every single bug: it just stopped working.

The game freezes in the Marvel logo in the opening screen on iOS.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

    It's not just iOS. It's like this on Steam too and unlike mobile, we don't have the option of avoiding an update patch.

    I'm on steam. How do I make sure I'm backed up? Is it the Facebook icon in settings? I'm afraid to touch anything at the moment.

    I think they forgot on Steam your account is tied to your save file, which is backed up via cloud saves. But the fact that they don't respond to ANY of the stuff recently on the forums does not fill me with confidence.

    I am having the same issue. Frozen on Marvel screen. I play on my ipad. Put in a support ticket?

    My iPad didn’t update, so I’m still logged in there, BUT

    1). My phone lost everything and had me start over
    2). I tried to pull backup from Apple, but instead, it save the zero game data and didn’t bring my roster back
    3). I don’t have a FB account anymore

    How do I get my game restored onto my phone? I deleted the app and that hasn’t done it, and now I’m afraid to try the Apple upload and end up nuking more than ten years of playing by having it overwrite my data on my iPad.

    Contact customer service. They can restore your account assuming you know the name you use in the game.

    Obviously they aren't in on the weekends and many others have the same problem so it's going to take a while through customer service. If I were you I'd try re-installing again on my phone using my Apple Id.
