The app on my iPad stuck at the spinning red circles of death just after the loading sequence starting on the day r324 was released. CS response was to delete my account, send them the guid & they would manually relink. I did & was then ghosted by cs for two weeks. After several ignored requests, I was able to reach out to S0kun, who had someone from cs finally relink my account, which only returned it to the spinning red circles loop. Subsequent requests to cs & S0kun have been ignored, which ended up not mattering because r327 has me locked on the Marvel screen now

I saw several other reports of the spinning red circles bug on this forum after r324, but I’ve not seen that anyone has solved this problem. Has anyone found a solution yet? If so, could you please post the response?

    You've been locked out for a while. There are a lot of assets to download for all these releases. It may be that it's still trying to download them all. How long have you left the iPad at the spinning red circles (a few seconds? minutes? hours?) and are you on WiFi or cellular?

    You might be so far behind that you have to uninstall and reinstall the game again (which means you might need more CS help to relink if you don't have an Apple Id/Facebook backup).

    High speed Wi-Fi & I’ve let it sit for the full five minutes until the screen protector kicks in. Been playing for ten-ish years & never had a delay like this before now. Usually when it’s downloading new resources, it slows down on the loading screens. It was playing just fine up to the day r324 released, then hung right after the update. Safe to say it’s yet another Unity bug the devs don’t know how to fix rather than just downloading resources

    And I’ve already done the uninstall/reinstall/have cs relink the account routine. It had no problem running the tutorial. As soon as the account was relinked, the red circles returned.

    How old is your iPad and how much Ram etc does it have? Unity takes a lot more resources in terms of CPU/RAM/GPU etc. Its not been officially said but I don't think it works on any device that doesn't support full HD (1920x1080).
