Roster lost - Macbook to Android?

So yesterday I did the uninstall/reinstall without issue. Backed up on Facebook. Once the game started up today? If I try to log into Facebook via my Android I get just the tutorials. When I load the game on my Macbook I have my roster. It's uploaded to my Apple account but I can't log into Facebook via MPQ on my Macbook and get the following message. Is there a workaround or something I'm missing? I just was hoping to back up the save on Facebook on my Macbook which hopefully I could access then on my Android. And I have sent an email to CS.

    My guess is you never did manage to backup via Facebook since your Macbook can't login to Facebook. So your only backup is on your Apple Id.

    I would say you have 2 choices:
    1) Update the privacy settings on your Macbook so you can successfully log in to Facebook and try setting the backup in MPQ on your Macbook to Facebook. Once that succeeds, you can try again on your Android phone to use the Facebook backup.
    2) You can try logging in with your Apple Id on your Android phone. See these links

    I have no idea if option 2 works with MPQ. It depends on whether or not it lets you select Apple Id as your backup icon from within MPQ. But in theory it can be done.

    What I may do is use my GF's phone to download the app via my Apple account and then load the save and backup on there. It's about the only thing I can think of, at this point.
