Bloomburrow 'Epic Pack' in the Shop

Is this an 'Epic Pack'? Aren't Epic Packs supposed to be non-duplicate?
I'd buy some of these if it was a guaranteed way to finish off the BLB set+Vanguards, but currently it looks like the most likely contents of a pack for me would be a duplicate rare.

This pack presented an issue - yes, it should be non-dupe.
We removed it from the store until it is fixed. The OTJ Epic Packs have replaced it this week.
