My fave combos that I use the most

Juggernaut Fear itself lvl 487 ascended 5 stars/Rocket & groot Awesome mix vol. 2 469 lvl ascneded 5 stars/ Star Lord Awesome mix vol. 2. 5 stars 489 lvl. ( I use this combo the most for killing the cheapo low level enemies in the PVEs and occassionally in the PVPs) Fast 1 turn clear outs for the weaker enemies in the PVEs.

Thor Mighty thor 5 stars lvl 542/Polaris ascended 5 star 473 lvl/ Beta Ray Bill 5 stars 508 lvl.( I use this combo a lot in PVPs can take down even 550 lvl enemies.

Juggernaut Fear itself lvl 487 ascended 5 stars/America Chavez 5 star ascended 498 lvl/Colussus phoenix Five 5 stars 498 Lvl( I use this combo to take down combos that like to use chasm. Very effective.

Iron man model 35 5 star ascended 550 Lvl/ Quake 5 star ascended 461 lvl/Electro Francine Frye 5 star 471 lvl. ( I love using this combo vs. all damage enemies like Omega red and juggernaut).
