I know it's just how things work, but these 5-6 day windows with nothing other than "random" aren't fun.

10000% agree. Fill them up with standards, or elites, or support shards, or a support token, or any other currency we don't see in the SHIELD Resupply. If we can have LTs, 5* covers, Heroic tokens, etc... surely we can have other prizes too... just spread them out according to their rarity.
