Delaying Shield states
If a source would deal damage to you, prevent X of that damage. Then, reinforce this support.
Text implies damage has to be prevented, but it was reacting and being reinforced by 0 power hits (specifically from Impulsive Maneuvers).
Not a huge game breaker, but wanted to report

Delaying Shield has another problem. I dealt damage with 2 creatures to Greg part of which was prevented and still he got no damage at the end of his turn.
