Dare Devil Hand to Hand Tile Replicating Failed

So I just used Mighty Thor and 5* Dare Devil together, I thought his green Hand to Hand power would go really well with being blasted off the board by Thor, and that worked just fine while there was only one Hand to Hand counter on the board. When I finally got a second one out, they both got destroyed, and only one came back. It should have replicated twice. Sadness. Would love to see this fixed.

    Why should it replicate twice?
    It says it makes a new one if one doesn't exist.
    I think this is working as intended.
