Echoes of Eternity doesn't crystalize correctly [Fixed]

Crystalize is supposed to be able to target any support whether it's yours or an opposing support including vanguards. It currently can't target any supports you control. It is targeting opposing supports but not vanguards

This last fix to it did stop it from crystalizing non support gems all on its own but it's targeting is still very messed up
