Wait for Gorr, or possibly don't ascend at all if you are running Okoye Omega Gorr in PVE. You don't want him to start tanking over Okoye.1 -

Heroic nodes refresh on a 12 hour time, compared to 8 hours for regular. Been this way since the second Heroic from Broken Circle. The Boss itself still refreshes every 8 hours for both versions.1 -
