Heroic nodes refresh on a 12 hour time, compared to 8 hours for regular. Been this way since the second Heroic from Broken Circle. The Boss itself still refreshes every 8 hours for both versions.1 -

For 4 stars that's true. They are talking about 1, 2 and 3 stars where you have to ascend multiple times and when doing that there is the cover tax starting on the 2nd ascension if you go the max/max…2 -

It was much later than that. DD Season 1 came out in 2015 and the first MPQ costumes were 2018 and the DD suit was 2019. It was a 300CP offer.2
