For Chavez, are you looking at the damage value on the gem, or the damage done to the enemy? IIRC, the way her bonus is applied, it doesn't show up on the value shown on the gems.1 -

@Omegased You misread the purple power, at level 4 it creates 4 x 4-turn CD tiles. At level 3 it creates 4 x 3-turn CD tiles. So the best build is surely 5/3/5.3 -
