I've never interpreted the intent as to give anything to veterans. As feeders change, covers are granted based on the change. It makes sense and effects certain players. I'd argue that it doesn't eff…10 -

Agreed. I wouldn't put any of these three near the top of the rework list compared to the many other 5s that truly need it. Of course they could be better, but I don't see any of these three as DOA.5 -
